Debacle in Independence

As election time comes around, council candidates in Independence, Ohio have taken the typical tactic of refusing to even answer questions regarding their position on various matters.

Their 'silence speaks volumes'.

Of primary concern was the Bow Hunting Ordinance, foisted upon the residents of Independence by a council which claims 'due diligence'.

A review of the public record clearly shows that the Safety Committee made a mockery of the legislative process by catering to the demands of a small, but vocal group of hunters and culling advocates.

Safety for the public was not a consideration at all!
